Failed to start the web portal on localhost

Hi, I’ve tried to download and execute Rocketbot.exe on 2 different VM, win server 2019 et win10 but the portal failed to load, cannot setup the licence.

ERROR IN rocketbot L_192 list index out of range

Is there any pre-requirements?

      Hi Anthony, can you open manually in the browser localhost:5000?

      Remember that the first time you open it you do not have a license, you must request it from here first
